It’s true. Let’s say you have your piano tuned but it’s sitting next to the front door that’s constantly being opened and closed. That piano is going to go out of tune real quick! A steady temperature around your piano is important to keep maintenance costs low.

It should be noted that there are different opinions on whether or not you need to place your piano on an inside wall, but Pianifico’s recommendation is that an inside wall placement is best for the instrument.
